Mr Move's professional service - what to expect

The number of men and the selected truck will arrive for your morning, midday, or afternoon move at the time advised in courtesy call you received prior to the move.  First, the move supervisor will sign you on, explaining in everyday language the terms and conditions of the move.  The supervisor and team will accompany you on a walk through of your property so you can identify items to be moved.  Items that may require special protective wrapping will be discussed at this stage.  The team has a basic toolset with them, and can assist with dismantling and setting up beds and other items.

The move then commences in accordance with Mr Move guidelines. The truck is packed to ensure minimal risk to your goods.  All items are wrapped in special removalist's blankets, and are strapped firmly into the truck prior to departing.  Upon arrival, you instruct the men where your items will go.  Change your mind?  That's ok, they are happy to shift it until you are happy.  Once everything's in, you sign off and arrange payment.
